October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month, which aims to raise awareness about disability employment, celebrate the contributions of workers with disabilities and to reaffirm the importance of inclusion in every workplace. At Starbucks, creating spaces to connect and building a culture of belonging is at the core of who we are. We believe our partners (employees), customers and communities should have the opportunity to succeed and feel valued. We are committed to offering reasonable accommodation to job applicants with disabilities. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to disability, please email us at applicantaccommodation@starbucks.com #ToBeAPartner #DisabilityEmploymentAwarenessMonth

I really wish you had talked about the accommodations you make for employees who have disabilities or how you work to ensure your environment is inclusive to those with disabilities; that would’ve been more meaningful. Accommodations during the hiring process is table stakes.
