Share the News: ICN's 2025-26 SYBAC Application Period is Open Iowa Communications Network (ICN) invites all Iowa 10th - 12th grade high school students to apply and participate in our Statewide Youth Broadband Advisory Council (SYBAC). This is an opportunity for students to discuss broadband and technology topics, learn about Iowa technology companies, discover careers, and network with peers. No advanced technical knowledge is required.
