What’s in a name? Sometimes, everything. Yesterday, we officially introduced FastTrack Care, our newly rebranded solution for urgent and emergency care access. But this announcement wasn’t just a name change for us. It was a moment to reflect on the real-world problems we're trying to solve—problems that impact patients, nurses, doctors, and operational leaders every day. We’ve all seen it: ❌ Patients showing up at the ER unsure if they’re in the right place. ❌ Staff overwhelmed with walk-ins that could’ve been redirected. ❌ Waiting rooms full. Provider capacity stretched thin. And behind it all: People trying to do their best, in a system that’s often not set up for clarity or speed. FastTrack Care is our answer to that. ✅ It helps route people to the right care setting, in real-time. ✅ It reduces unnecessary visits. ✅ It gives patients confidence. ✅ And it gives providers breathing room. Yes, it uses AI. Yes, it integrates into broader systems. But more than that, it was designed to solve a very human problem: how to access care in the moments that matter, without getting lost along the way. We’re proud of where this product is going. And even more proud of the people—clinical and non-clinical—who helped shape it through honest feedback, hard truths, and shared urgency to make healthcare work better for everyone.
