😂 Ever felt like your SAP projects + integrations + sales outcomes look like this? We see it all the time: • Robust backend (SAP, FPT, integrations) • Random flags & customizations • …but when it all comes together, the final Sales process looks like something nobody expected This is why resilient integration & SAP BTP-driven extensions matter. At NAV IT Consulting GmbH, we focus on: • Seamless integration across SAP TM, EWM, BN4L • Reducing costly “patchwork” customizations with low-code SAP BTP apps • AI-powered accelerators (ORION, SKY, Pluto BOL, Pluto Invoice) for speed + intelligence • Ensuring your Sales & Operations outputs look as good as the design on paper Because let’s be honest — no one wants to end a project saying: 👉 “What the hell is this?” NAV IT Consulting GmbH #SAP #SAPBTP #SAPTM #SAPEWM #SAPBN4L #SupplyChain #SupplyChainManagement #Logistics #TransportationManagement #WarehouseManagement #Procurement #Sales #Integration #DigitalTransformation #ERP #Cloud #Automation #AI #Analytics #SmartLogistics #ResilientSupplyChain #Innovation #TechHumor #MemeMarketing #SCM #BusinessTransformation #NAVITConsulting

🔑 Extending ERP the Right Way: SAP Extensibility Guidelines Every organization wants to tailor SAP to its unique needs. The real question is: how do we extend ERP without compromising stability or upgradeability? That’s where SAP’s Extensibility Guidelines come in. They offer a clear framework for extending ERP while staying true to clean core principles: 🔹 In-system extensions – Use released APIs, business add-ins, and key-user tools for safe, lightweight enhancements. 🔹 Side-by-side extensions – Build new apps, workflows, and processes on SAP BTP, keeping the ERP core stable while innovating at the edge. 🔹 Rule of thumb – If it threatens core stability, move it to BTP. If it’s light and upgrade-safe, it may belong inside. The payoff? ✅ Faster innovation cycles ✅ Easier upgrades and less technical debt ✅ An ERP landscape that’s both stable and future-ready Extensibility isn’t about saying no to customization, it’s about doing it the right way, so innovation doesn’t come at the expense of agility. And this isn’t just an S/4HANA topic. It’s equally relevant for ECC customers—in fact, keeping ECC clean makes the move to S/4HANA far smoother and less costly. #SAP #CleanCore #Extensibility #SAPBTP #ERP #DigitalTransformation #EnterpriseIT #Innovation

Hey everyone 👋 Hope you’re all doing great. It’s been a while since my last post, finally getting back to sharing again. Lately, everyone’s been talking about one thing: SAP S/4HANA 2025. The buzz is real, and for good reason. As someone working hands-on in SD, I was curious too what’s really changing this time? So, I went through the official SAP portal and pulled together a clear comparison between ECC, S/4HANA 2023, and the new 2025 release. And honestly, this update isn’t just a patch. It’s a big step forward AI-driven, analytics-heavy, and designed for real-time integration across SD processes. A few things that stood out to me: 🔹 Unified BP with stronger role and address handling 🔹 Event-driven, API-based pricing and ATP 🔹 AI-based credit checks and predictive analytics 🔹 Deep Fiori 4.0 integration for every SD task 🔹 Live dashboards replacing traditional reports I’ve added a snapshot below that sums it up neatly. Everything here is based directly on SAP’s official release information not assumptions. This version is clearly built for speed, automation, and connected decision-making a direction we’ve all seen coming, but it’s exciting to see it take real shape now. Would love to hear what other consultants think which change stands out the most to you? #SAP #S4HANA2025 #SAPSD #Consulting #SAPUpdate #DigitalTransformation 📘 Notes: All the information and comparisons shared here are prepared using official SAP documentation, including details from: 🔗 SAP Cloud ERP Private 2025 Product Release Highlights This post reflects my understanding of the release updates. If anyone has different insights or perspectives, please feel free to share always open to learning and discussion.

🚀 Clean Core: It’s Not “BTP-Only” — It’s About Sustainable ERP There’s a common myth in the SAP ecosystem: 👉 “Clean Core means everything must be built on BTP — nothing on-stack.” That’s an oversimplification. Clean Core isn’t a tool or a restriction. It’s a mindset and a discipline: ✅ Respect the core — avoid invasive modifications ✅ Leverage standard SAP functionality first ✅ Choose the right extension approach — in-app, on-stack, or side-by-side on BTP 💡 The real question isn’t “BTP or not?” It’s “What’s the most sustainable way to deliver value without breaking upgrade paths?” Clean Core is about 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, not rigid rules. The best outcomes happen when we blend SAP’s capabilities responsibly — in the core and beyond. 👉 What’s your take on Clean Core? How do you approach the balance between flexibility and sustainability? #SAP #CleanCore #ERP #DigitalTransformation #Sustainability

Why RISE with SAP Is the Future of ERP Transformation In today’s fast changing business environment, legacy ERP systems like ECC or even traditional on premise S4 often struggle to keep pace with innovation, compliance, and customer expectations. RISE with SAP addresses this gap by offering Business Transformation as a Service (BTaaS) in a single subscription contract with SAP that includes SAP S4HANA Cloud, SAP Signavio for process intelligence, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for integration and innovation, and a Business Network starter pack. Unlike traditional ERP which relies on perpetual licenses, customer managed infrastructure and costly upgrades, RISE delivers a cloud based model with SAP managed infrastructure, continuous innovation and faster time to value while keeping the digital core clean through extensions on BTP. This shift enables organizations to benchmark and redesign processes with Signavio, automate and innovate with BTP, and connect seamlessly across global business networks. The result is agility, scalability and cost predictability which are critical advantages in an era where disruption, regulatory demands and digital first customer expectations are the norm. RISE with SAP is not just an upgrade, it is a strategic move that simplifies IT landscapes, accelerates transformation and ensures organizations can focus on growth while SAP manages the complexity.

The biggest mistake in SAP PI/PO migration isn't technical—it's strategic. Here's why a "lift and shift" approach will cost you more than just money. Stop Saying 'Lift and Shift'! Your SAP PI/PO Clock is Ticking. ⏰ The reality is here: Mainstream Maintenance for SAP PI/PO is ending. Is your business treating this as a simple technical migration? Because that’s the #1 risk to your digital future. This isn't a move. It's a metamorphosis. 🦋 For years, PI/PO was the reliable on-premise workhorse. But in today's cloud-native world, replicating those complex, custom integrations line-for-line in SAP CPI is a costly mistake. You end up with a cloud system shackled by on-premise thinking. The Paradigm Shift is Non-Negotiable: 🔄 FROM: PI/PO’s point-to-point spaghetti code. ✨ TO: CPI’s API-first, event-driven ecosystem. 🛠️ FROM: Custom-building every single integration. 📦 TO: Configuring and reusing pre-built content. 💸 FROM: High maintenance and manual upgrades. 🚀 TO: Lower TCO and faster time-to-market (weeks, not months). The true ROI isn’t just cost savings. It’s about unlocking agility, scalability, and innovation. SAP is pouring all its R&D into the Integration Suite—AI, Event Mesh, and more. The future of integration is intelligent. So, before you greenlight that migration project, ask your team this critical question: "Are we just moving our old problems to a new platform, or are we building a future-proof integration backbone for the next decade?" Your answer will define the success of your entire digital transformation. What’s your take? Are you seeing teams fall into the ‘Lift & Shift’ trap? Share your experiences below. 👇 #SAP #CPI #PImigration #DigitalTransformation #CloudMigration #SAPCommunity #SAPIntegration #ITModernization #SAPBTP #RISEwithSAP #CIO #LegacyModernization #BusinessAgility
