All design, drawings and calcs provided to Morgan Sindall early on and free of charge. Order just placed for the first delivery to site. This £180 million development will provide; ▪️110,000 sq. ft of prime office space. ▪️70 build-to-rent apartments created, 20% of which will be affordable. ▪️2,100 sq. ft creche space. ▪️A series of residential former railway cottages. ▪️Community events pavilion at the heart of the site. ▪️Public amenities and retail space 1.55-acre public park.
