Yesterday, we announced Smart Disputes at Sessions. Stripe automates the evidence collection and submission process for eligible disputes on card transactions—on your behalf. And, you’ll only be billed for disputes that are won. Get started: https://lnkd.in/gFGXkT2f.

Fantastic. Disputes is one of the major reasons for company's cost (backoffice, front office and adjudication ) and puts reputation / trust at risk.

Emily Glassberg Sands reading through the literature on this feature, by eligible are those classified mainly as friendly fraud disputes or do merchants have the ability to customize which common reason codes they receive to allow the Smart Dispute AI to proactively respond on their behalf? And is the win fee 30% of the transaction amount? Ex: $100 transaction, Stripe takes $30, merchant keeps $70?
