Annnnnnd… I’m back! But this time, I’m building something of my own. It’s been a little over two years since I left Lemonade. After helping grow it from 10 people to 1,500, raising $680M, and going public - I was exhausted (and very allergic to Slack pings), so I took a full break. I spent time with my family and friends. Traveled. Played. Breathed. What I found surprised me. I didn’t miss the meetings, the bureaucracy, or the late-night decks. But I missed building. The early messy magic of turning nothing into something. Of trying to solve a real problem in a better way, with people you’d actually want to spend a weekend with. So here I am. A first-time founder (yes, at 40-something). Back at zero. Back to figuring it out. Back to building. I’m still early in this new journey - in stealth for now - but if you’re someone who’s built something, failed at something, or learned the hard way… I’d love to reconnect and learn from you. I don’t have all the answers (far from it), which is why I’m always up for learning from people a few steps ahead - or sideways. DMs are open. Coffee’s on me.
You’ll be great, Tamir!

Good luck! You got this. Love building things. It’s the best part. There’s a reason Lego was always my favourite toy.
