I am exposed to dozens of economic development organizations across the Southeast United States, and the Tampa EDC is the gold standard. They are fantastic in the way that they have relationships across the Bay, across Hillsborough County. And honestly, if you want to get something done here, I think you need to have them involved. Hillsborough County is a big place. There's a lot going on and it's important to have the advocate who can help, you know, support your project. So we've worked with a lot of investors with the Tampa EDC. We've worked with the Tampa Bay Business Journal and partner with them. Who work closely with Tiko Tampa Electric Company and we've met and convened those groups because of the Tampa EDC bringing everyone together. And so we're very happy about that. The EDC are the dot connectors, right? They're the ones who are able to be the glue that brings the community together. They help support whether it's an expansion of a business, a new business coming in, or quite frankly, just marketing and advocating for this region. They're an invaluable component of what makes Tampa Bay, Tampa Bay and so special. And so I would say it would be an absolute must have to be an investor in this organization.
