The future of AI will be shaped less by algorithms and more by the leaders who apply them. That line from our Data Impact Leadership Forum couldn’t be more relevant to what I’m seeing across the market right now. The organisations I'm talking to who are making real progress with AI aren’t just investing in technology, they’re building leadership systems that connect strategy, culture, and capability. And the ones who will catch up soon are in this thinking and planning mode - watch this space. - They’re defining ownership early. - They’re embedding curiosity into the way people work. - And they’re encouraging an entrepreneurial mindset within enterprise environments, empowering people who can turn ideas into action and make change happen at pace. Because in this next phase, AI leadership isn’t about control. It’s about design, designing organisations that learn, adapt, and evolve faster than the environment around them. That’s what I am seeing and hearing where the real transformation is happening. I’m speaking with organisations every week about how to identify and enable the leaders who can make AI work in reality. If that’s a challenge you’re focused on, I’d be happy to share what I’m seeing - michael@mbnsolutions.com or DM me. #AILeadership #DataLeadership #Transformation #ExecutiveHiring #LeadershipMaturity #EntrepreneurialMindset #MBNSolutions

“How is AI reshaping leadership and the personal development industry?” 🚀 Tomorrow I’ll be joining the EBC Technology & AI Deep Dive panel on The Future of Leadership and Technology with Hosts Iman Aghay and Sam Liebowitz Here’s my perspective: AI has the power to either scale disconnection or amplify human connection. The difference comes down to how we design it. When we embed Emotional Intelligence, Positive Psychology, and purpose-first leadership into our systems, AI doesn’t replace people — it makes us more human, more connected, and more impactful. 👉 What do you think? Is AI helping leaders grow deeper, or just faster? What's stopping businesses from getting the full benefit from AI? The Boston Consulting Group recently concluded there's a ‘Silicon Ceiling’ and that the management are typically the issue, not the tech. They said these 3 things make all the difference... 1. Leadership backing When senior leaders back AI adoption publicly and practically, positivity jumps from 15% to 55%! Your team take their cues from you. 2. The right tools If teams don’t have access to approved AI solutions that fit their needs, over half will source their own. Better to select and implement the right tool for your business. 3. Real training One-off webinars aren’t enough. Ongoing coaching and in-person support will lead to a far higher usage and real business benefit. It aligns with what how we work with our clients. 👉 Get management to see the benefits and embrace the change. 👉 Implement the right, tailored solution. 👉 Support and train the team - initially and ongoing. AI isn’t replacing executives — it’s revealing which ones can actually think clearly. The next generation of leaders won’t be defined by how much they know, but by how well they ask questions — and how consciously they use AI as a thinking partner. In my new visual guide, I share how VPs and executives can prompt AI to make smarter, faster, and more values-aligned decisions — from strategy to growth to organizational transformation. This isn’t about replacing intuition; it’s about refining awareness. Swipe through the carousel to see how AI can expand your leadership clarity and why awareness is the new competitive advantage. AI is not waiting for your strategy decks. Across industries, professionals are running pilots, testing models, and rolling out tools — but too often, the results stop short of real impact. Why? Because the real slowdown rarely starts with the tech. It starts in the middle — where decisions stall, focus blurs, and leadership accountability gets lost. A senior executive I spoke with recently said something that stuck with me: “Our biggest challenge isn’t AI adoption — it’s aligning our managers to think beyond their functions.” That line captures what I see in many organizations. If you’re leading AI or digital programs today, pause and ask yourself: Is my team truly ready to adopt, or are we still experimenting in silos? In my experience, sustainable AI adoption depends on three essentials: 1. Clarity of purpose — knowing why you’re using AI before deciding how. 2. Alignment of teams — ensuring every initiative ties to a measurable business outcome. 3. Courage of leadership — making bold calls to scale what works and stop what doesn’t. Too many professionals confuse experimentation with transformation. But experimentation without structure only burns energy — not builds capability. The leaders who will move ahead aren’t the ones buying more tools. They’re the ones connecting AI to business value, culture, and customer impact. That’s what turns technology into transformation. What’s one action you’ve seen that truly helped move AI from pilot to performance? #DigitalTransformation #Leadership #AIAdoption #ChangeManagement #Strategy

🚨 More than half of executives in the 2025 AI & Data Leadership Benchmark Survey cited talent scarcity as their biggest barrier to AI success. The message is clear. 💡 Technology isn’t the limiting factor anymore. 👥 Talent is. The organisations making real progress in AI aren’t the ones with the most models or compute power. They’re the ones building leadership benches that connect technical capability with business value. 📈 We’re now seeing demand surge for roles like: • 🧠 Chief AI Officer • 🔄 Data Transformation Director • 🤖 Head of Applied Intelligence Each role sits at the intersection of product, data, and revenue. At Eagle Search, we specialise in finding these leaders who can turn innovation into impact. 💭 Which AI-related leadership roles do you see becoming critical in the next 12 months? #AI #Talent #Leadership #EagleSearch #DataTransformation #ArtificialIntelligence

Three things struck me while sitting on yesterday's Trend Hunter's Future Festival AI Tech Panel. 1) The most successful leaders treat AI adoption like a cultural transformation, not a technology implementation. They start with their people's pain points rather than the AI's capabilities. 2) We're building toward 'ambient intelligence' — AI that works alongside people so seamlessly it feels like having an incredibly perceptive colleague who never sleeps. The opportunity is moving from AI as a tool to AI as a true thinking partner. 3) If employees believe efficiency gains will lead to them being automated out of a job, they will never reveal what's possible. You have to create incentives that reward innovation, not punish it. So I'm curious: How are you creating incentives that reward innovation instead of punishing it? What's worked (or totally backfired) in your experience? #Innovation #AITransformation #FutureOfWork #TrendHunter #Leadership

AI represents the ultimate organizational challenge of our time. More than any other technological innovation it asks that we fundamentally shift our mindset on how we do business. The real value of AI isn't in making old jobs marginally faster; it's in completely reimagining the structure of our organization. As builders, that means shifting our focus from redesigning work to reengineering it, creating entirely new operating models that rely on AI agents managed by people. This visual from Josh Bersin lays it out clearly. As we scale AI adoption, we’ll continue to move past basic assistance toward true autonomy, where managers move beyond supervising people to managing AI agents. The key question for every business leader is: Are you building a plan for marginal gains on the left side of the chart, or are you architecting your organization for the transformative impact on the right? #OrganizationDesign #BusinessStrategy #Builder #PeopleStrategy #Leadership
