Our amazing Customer Service and Claims teams in Newcastle have been rolling up their sleeves for something truly meaningful by packing over 175 crisis supply bags for the Walker District Food Bank, part of Trussell. But it’s never just about packing parcels. It’s about showing up for our community and each other. Over the past two years, our colleagues have been giving their time every month, building friendships, lifting each other up, and making a real difference for people who need it most. Together, we’ve packed thousands of bags filled with food, hygiene essentials, and a little bit of hope for families going through tough times. The food bank hands out these parcels every Thursday, offering a lifeline for local people. We’re proud to stand beside them and play even a small part in helping lighten the load.
