I wonder though, how the effectiveness of the leader is enhanced or detracted by the effectiveness of the challenge. Surely the overarching effectiveness of both parties relies on the behaviour of the leader on receiving that challenge. I love the statement, and I am also curious about the depth of insight it offers us to consider. Thanks for posting and waking my curiosity.

Love this! Most important thing in life is to have people around you to Challenge beliefs and use a Team to come to a common ground with everyone rowing in the same direction! Progress is only made when beliefs are challenged or questioned with Truths, but ultimately "the" Leader helps his peers understand what is best for the common good or accepts the beliefs of peers to make the Team better by serving the Team when needed to make progress or necessary regression to move forward. It does take failure to succeed in life and a true Leader should embrace that to move forward. We should be thankful for our short comings as those are the building blocks for helping others succeed in our wake. The key is helping others succeed!👏🙏
