In his role, Jihun develops responses to RFx’s for Federal, SLED, and commercial solicitations, while also performing capture activities to identify and analyze upcoming opportunities. It’s detailed, collaborative work, and also deeply rewarding. “The most rewarding part of my job is planning, writing, and organizing proposals that ultimately help Midtown grow new business and establish relationships with new customers,” Jihun shared. “I love the nature of consistent collaboration with our internal departments and SMEs to extract winning themes and develop compliant and compelling proposals.
