He shared how we have supported companies like Profi and Mlinar in becoming more tech-enabled and agile. At Profi, this included launching a mobile app that attracted 2.5 million users by the end of 2024, offering personalised offers, AI-generated recipes, and interactive features that boosted customer engagement and basket size. The app’s success is a testament to how digital tools can drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Whether through digitalisation or data-driven decision-making, we believe technology is central to value creation in the consumer sector.
