Hello TikTok, my account is currently hacked. The hacker changed my email and number attached to the account. I’ve been locked out for weeks now and have submitted report tickets, contacted through email, and TikTok shop live agent. I have yet to receive a response or an update. Is there anyway you can please help me. I’m a mom of two who recently quit her job to try to make it on this amazing app. Help please!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to TikTok Shop support — for redefining what “customer service” means. Apparently, it now involves: • Copying and pasting the same message 7 times • Ignoring 19 follow-ups • Closing tickets without resolving anything • Dragging out a simple request for 34 days • And being disconnected from live chat over 30 times 🙃 All we’ve been trying to do is change our shop region. That’s it. A dropdown box. But instead of a solution, we get silence, generic replies, and no accountability. Dear, TikTok Authority It's really concerning when someone is posting defamatory photos of girls promoting pornography abusing children. After submitting reports, your concerned team is rejecting the reports stating It's not violating the TikTok policies, that's really a matter of sorrow. I know the girl who lodged a police complaint about being abused by this account which is registered after her name as Ona Mika, user name:Ona.mika16 (https://lnkd.in/gCYK3hRg). She have stated in the police complaint about posting her photos using some local language pornographic sounds. I'm afraid that the tiktok authorities are unable to trace that pornographic sounds because of that being in local language. As a vice president of Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University, It's our moral duty to stand with the victim for securing justice to her. I would like to request the TikTok for Business authority to suspend the account immediately to save the girls life and social reputation . If TikTok need any legal documents about the impersonating account and spreading pornography and abusing children. They are appreciated to reach out.
