It was a pleasure to join a good friend and employer brand and talent attraction expert Matthew Jeffery at the Employee Network Awards focused on Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) last night. It was encouraging to see many employers prioritizing diversity and inclusion in their recruiting efforts. Several recognized brands and companies received various awards, but it was particularly refreshing to see smaller companies also being acknowledged. The event showcased how companies are effectively defining their diversity and inclusion strategies in the workplace, setting standards for others to follow. Congratulations to all the winners and especially to the Menopause & Menstruation Support Group for winning the final award of the night.
