TSG’s workforce has grown by nearly 80% since 2020, driven by an ambitious HR strategy and a sharp focus on acquiring new technical capabilities. Since 2016, the share of employees dedicated to new energy services (electricity, solar, gas, HVAC) has grown from 2% to over 25%. This evolution is the result of targeted M&A activity, but also of a proactive internal training approach. Despite its rapid growth, TSG enjoys a significantly higher level of employee retention than the industry average.
