Pésimo servicio al cliente, tenía vuelo hoy 02/10 me lo cancelaron estando dentro del aeropuerto (información que me dieron desde el mismo aeropuerto ya que la aerolínea nunca informó por teléfono o correo), me programaron vuelo para el día 03/10, ni siquiera me preguntaron si podía viajar ese día!, no me dieron opción de devolución de dinero y para más no se quieren hacer cargo de la compensación económica por la perdida de dinero, perdida de tiempo y mal rato. Servicio nefasto y para que hablar de servicio al cliente, no te ayudan en nada.

Shame they don’t support their passengers when delays cause missed connections…back in January my partner and I flew Turkish to Kenya from Edinburgh. Our return our flight from Nairobi was delayed by 1.5 hours (when we had a 1hr 45min connection in Istanbul). We were advised by Turkish airlines customer service to not get on the 1st flight on 21st Jan as they weren’t able to place us on our replacement connection until the 23rd and we would be in Istanbul until then. We took the advice, booked 2 nights extra hotel, missed 2 days of work, additional expenses spent - to get put on our replacement flight on the 23rd Jan. We were told that since we arrived to our final destination 48 hours later than expected, we would be compensated… Months of to and fro - no compensation. This happened to me before with Etihad and they sorted this almost immediately for me. Turkish airlines should take note & compensate for these huge inconveniences.
