Which KPI moved, and by how much? …suddenly the answers get mysterious. Let’s be honest: Most of us are still experimenting. AI helps, sure. But where are the real before-and-after metrics? Drop one specific AI use case where you saw measurable impact. Tool + task + % improvement. If you can’t quantify it… did it really change anything?
