This is my AI tribe and the leaders in our company; Gianluca Mauro, Andrea, Gioele, Helin and Gianluca Belloni We have a core principle when working with our clients which mirrors the DNA of the AI Academy belief system: AI = TECHNOLOGY + PEOPLE. I spent some time over the weekend reading about the background of Liang Wenfeng, the CEO and Founder of Deepseek. He has a very humble and up to now unconventional background for someone whose company has just wiped over a trillion dollars off tech valuations. Deepseek has basically created more with much less, and Liang’s philosophy is a mirror of his work; “more investment doesn’t necessarily lead to more innovation” This really resonated with me about AI Academy’s philosophy and how we are helping enterprises become more productive, creative and innovative with AI; and none of it has anything to do with them throwing money at tech. It’s about the people. When we engage in an Adoption Program, our goal and the outcome for our students is that they will be able to identify use cases in their specific business units, design what a solution looks like, and arm them with the skills and mindset to leverage their innovation throughout their company.
