To New Beginnings! After 17 incredible years, it’s time for me to say goodbye to Google and embark on a new adventure. My journey at Google has truly been one of a lifetime — filled with purpose, growth, and some of the most meaningful relationships and experiences of my career. I’m deeply grateful for the chance to learn, build, and grow alongside some of the most talented and inspiring people in the industry. From the early days of working with the 'Incredible India' team to witnessing the diversity and innovation of APAC, and the colossal ambition of our Americas business — every chapter has brought tremendous learning and growth. But above all, it’s the people I’ll remember most. To all my managers, coaches, and mentors — thank you for your trust, guidance, and belief. You’ve shaped not just my career, but also how I think, lead, and show up in the world. And to my colleagues and teammates — thank you for the collaboration, laughter, and 10X spirit that made every challenge worthwhile. I leave with immense pride and gratitude for what we’ve achieved together. Thank you, Google — for the ride of a lifetime. I’ll forever carry with me the mantra to “lift yourself and others.” As someone wise (and very successful!) said recently, life begins at the edge of your comfort zone. And that’s exactly where I’m headed next — thrilled to share that I’ll be joining Netflix to lead Global Market Activation & GTM Operations for the Ads business. Excited to dive into an incredibly creative, fast-moving culture and help shape what’s next. TA-DUM! 🎬
