There is some level of having to be like a good communicator and an advocate for your starter of or company. You have to win over customers. You have to, you know, recruit talent, you have to convince investors. And, and I think a final note on it is that it's not about being perfect in everything. I think it's better to back founders that are really, really, really strong in a subset of things and are aware that they're not good at other things. And then. You know, add have a co-founder or add key team members to sort of complement. So, so like having weaknesses is not in itself a problem. It's about how you build a team or a founding team rather than sort of betting on people that are decent in a bunch of things, but they're not really all that great in any particular skill.
