This week, we are participating in #LearningatWorkWeek at our site in Cambridge. Run by Campaign for Learning, which encourages life-long learning through resources and events, the week is an opportunity to #GetConnected by working on our communication and team skills. We have also started to complete our Manual of Me, a tool for exploring how we work best with others. Using this, we hope to improve team dynamics by understanding our own preferences and motivations and how to best showcase them. By exploring different learning paths and taking part in an emotional intelligence and personality workshop, our team members will be making a difference to their day-to-day and long-term goals.
