When women are given tools to lead, they don’t just change themselves - they change communities. Last week, I had the pleasure of teaching a group of foreign domestic workers (FDWs) on Communication & Leadership, an inspiring program organised by non profit Aidha in Singapore. These sessions go beyond skills — they open doors to confidence, empowerment, and community. What made it extra special was returning to Catapult by CapitaLand, my favourite space for learning and growth. Hearing the buzz of conversation, laughter, and ideas flowing reminded me why education is so powerful. Moments like these show how investing time in others can create ripples of change. If you’ve ever thought about volunteering or supporting Aidha, I encourage you to take the step — it’s deeply rewarding. Message me and I’ll help you get started. #education #communication #financialliteracy Jacqueline Loh Shona Rajamohan

3wVictoria, Unfortunately I am based at Kuala Lumpur hence unable to volunteer for such a wonderful cause. But it would be great to see whether we can replicate the same in KL.
