Those who follow me here on Linkedin know me for my candid posts. Often about Kyan’s journey of improving mental health in the workplace. This is one of the more difficult posts I have had to write. But I believe in sharing the whole journey, not just the highlights. We recently made a strategic change on how Kyan will be scaling. It's the right move for the next phase of Kyan, but it means parting ways with some incredibly talented people. These are people who helped us get to where we are today and who said yes to an early-stage company when there was no brand recognition, no safety net. People we spent months training and coaching. And they did it because they believe in our mission to radically improve the world of work. I will never take that for granted. To all founders in my network, if you’re looking for exceptional individuals, the people moving on from Kyan right now are some of the most driven, humble, and high-integrity teammates I’ve ever worked with (even compared to my McKinsey days). To those moving on: thank you! To founders in my network hiring right now. Please DM me for a list of top profiles.

Max van Eijk I don’t know if you and Vlad Gheorghiu know each other but you have a lot of common interests so I am tagging you here.
Hey Vlad. Tough decision. Happy to help if possible.

One of the hardest things to do… thank you for sharing so honestly - they’re so lucky to have worked with you :)

Hi Vlad Gheorghiu - thanks for your authenticity as always. I'd be happy to offer pro-bono coaching to those impacted who could use the support. Feel free to DM me.
