There's so much overthinking in today's AI-driven SEO world—but it's not just SEO. It's everywhere, at scale. People are desperately trying to find loopholes for AI citations and search rankings by chasing trendy SEO manipulation tactics. They don't realize it's short-sighted and fundamentally flawed thinking that won't deliver long-term results. Have you even thought about how much valuable time and resources you waste chasing short-term success, when you could actually put that time into building genuine authority? I get it. Overthinking is human nature, and keeping things simple is actually the hardest thing to achieve. But simplicity wins, every time. Want to survive today's SEO world? Get back to fundamentals. Forget your gurus and fake AI experts—focus on fundamentals. • Create valuable content for real people • Build genuine authority in your space • Focus on user experience over tricks • Keep your web assets technically sound I'll probably be saying the same thing in 10 years.
