It is definitely a dynamic operational environment. Great work Walmart. Very impressive. Would love to know what were the key take aways. The lessons and short and future plans based on this quarters data and kpi’s. People’s/users behaviors 🤔💡

I am a lunch lady so I get six hours a day with the school system. I’m off by 130. There is a Walmart in between the school at my house. I could walk there. I am been trying for three years to get a job there. I thought that the time that they would need extra people would be 2 PM to 6 PM so I could be there by 2 o’clock and work till 6 PM Monday through Friday and on the weekends, I could work between 6 AM and 6 PM but they only called me once and it was for the auto department. I would be restocking and she was going to work with my schedule but they only offered me $15 an hour. I am a Upshiftters so I do have a back up plan. I do take assignments in food service warehouse distribution, but most of the assignments are out of the area. I want to work at this Walmart because it’s convenient as a Upshiftters professional I have worked over 70 successful assignment with a five star rating as cashier and food service and warehouse picker packer l would like to make at least $17/18 an hour. I make 18.50 with the school system. I live with them walking distance of the Walmart Canal Winchester. I am available to work eight hours on the weekend and when school is closedI would like an opportunity.
