Innovation is alive in SparkLabs today. Violet from LEXINGTON CITY SCHOOLS is pursuing her dream of becoming a forensic pathologist by creating an autopsy simulator using Makey Makeys. At the same time, the Edgecombe County Public Schools at Southwest Edgecombe High School SparkLab joined with the interdistrict SparkLab network for the first-ever Live with Spark event, where students and SparkLab Leaders practiced prototyping solutions for the Grocery Store Challenge—exploring how AI can improve the grocery shopping experience.
