Westpac PNG’s Post

Westpac PNG Youth Shine at The Youth Network Summit 2025! 🌟 We are incredibly proud of our 14 young talented team members who represented Westpac PNG at the recent The Youth Network (TYN) Summit 2025 as "Agents of Change." A special congratulations to our four delegates who attended in person in Sydney: •Marsha Isaac •Fabian Maidang Aime  •Florian WHEMBYMelanie Yumbrick They were joined by 10 colleagues participating virtually, creating a powerful cross-Pacific presence. Together, they immersed themselves in leadership development, innovation workshops, and networking sessions with young professionals from across the region. Highlights included powerful keynotes from industry leaders like Tracy Hall on financial crime prevention and Adam Jacobs on purpose-driven leadership, plus an inspiring visit to the Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter Service that showcased real-world impact. Our young leaders have returned energized and equipped with fresh perspectives to drive positive change within Westpac and across PNG's communities. We extend our gratitude to Emma Low, Managing Director Westpac Pacific, for her unwavering support and to the organisers for hosting such an impactful summit. The future of Westpac is bright in the hands of such passionate and driven young professionals. #WestpacPNG#TYNSummit2025#WestpacYouthNetwork#OurPeople #Leadership #PacificPride #AgentsOfChange #FutureLeaders
