Service is one of the most important things about Whataburger, IMHO. The food is great, of course. But the people and how they care about the folks that visit. Especially, those that Dine-In. I love that they check on you, keep the place clean and everyone that works there is always (or at least seems) happy. NEVER replace your cashiers with Kiosks...in fact, NEVER have a Kiosk. I really HATE going into places like McDonald's and it's ALL Kiosk...what a horrible experience.

except, apparently your website it has been a week does not load fully, or get an #Azure error can not place an order (your app is an even worse option, read the reviews) the staff in the local store know your website is broken. (so it is not just my phone/web setup) you are losing business so the coo, cio, cto, and ceo should be on this fix it
