Founders dream right here but I would recommend enriching and qualifying against ICP to prioritize. Block calendar to low fit, waitlist medium fit, and prioritize strong fit. This should clear up a good chunk of your day to effectively manage deal cycles. Super hard to have high close rates and get customers to value when you don’t have time to properly work deals

Prequalify better, spend more time on opps that are guaranteed to close. ( and definitely hire more folks)

I think you need not so much a Champion as automation of the demonstration and sales process.

It sounds like you need to build some friction into your sales process so you can better qualify prospects. What's your closed-won rate from these meetings?

How many of those demos turned into deals? As a long time sales rep in tech spaces, demos do not equate to sales. No offense but AI sales tools are a dime a dozen in a race to zero. Businesses in the market are interested in AI but a new tool comes out every week and cheaper than the last one of its kind. What makes you different and why would people come to Minerva?
