Did you know that sharks can sense the Earth’s magnetic field? 🧭  Researchers believe that some species, like the blue shark (Prionace glauca), can use this incredible sense to navigate across thousands of kilometers during their migrations.  But despite their fascinating abilities, #sharks are under threat.  Destructive fishing practices, plastic pollution, and bycatch are putting these essential predators and the health of our oceans at serious risk.  🦈 Sharks play a vital role in keeping marine ecosystems balanced.
