Yannick Biron’s Post

So many IP teams still operate through emails and PDFs! Current tech allows for direct structured exchanges. Other industries have proven this approach works, since decades... Based on a data exchange standard developed by independent IP professionals, our goal at Welqin, is to move away from emails and create the infrastructure for automated data transfers between IP professionnals, worldwide.

⚠️ The biggest inefficiency in IP today? We all start with structured data in our IPMS. We send it by email or PDF → unstructured data. The receiver retypes it → structured data again. That loop burns thousands of hours every year. 🚀 The quiet revolution is here: structured, machine-readable data flows. No OCR. No outsourcing. No double docketing. Just clean, interoperable data exchanged across firms, corporates, and PTOs. This isn’t theory. It’s already working. If you can generate a standard letter, you can generate a structured data flow. Pilots have shown cost per invoice dropping from ~30€ to less than 3€. We have written a white paper that explains how this shift is happening, and why it’s bigger than "automation". It’s a change of infrastructure and mindset. 🔗 Download our white paper "𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗣 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲" below. #IPTech #StructuredData #LegalOps #Innovation #LegalTech #Welqin https://shorturl.at/GNn1E
