Perplexity has a similar product and Amazon uses its AI assistant Rufus to help shop its marketplace. This completes the Agentic AI customer journey. At Anewgo, our goal is to use AI to collaboratively find, design, experience and buy new homes online. This marks a major step towards achieving that goal!

First, conversational shopping and now buying in the chat. Instead of traditional “seller’s portals” (where shoppers go to product aggregation sites), conversation channels are becoming “buyer’s portals”where products are brought into personal AI conversations and immediately checked-out from there - by-passing full website visits.
Agentic (or AI) Commerce is becoming mainstream with ChatGPT’s new Instant Checkout with “in-chat” purchases.
