Empowering #Women in Transport & Engineering 🚦 The #WiTnE programme - Women into Transport and Engineering - is a powerful initiative led by Transport for London (TfL) to encourage more women to pursue careers in the transport and construction industries. We were proud to support our 4 candidates on the WiTnE programme alongside TfL, Capital City College Group, and Smart Works Charity.   From day one, they jumped into everything – from technical site visits to team workshops – with curiosity and a whole lot of energy. They shadowed our engineers, contributed to live projects, and got a real feel for what it means to work in transport and engineering. 💡   But what stood out most wasn’t just the technical experience – it was how they were treated. The participants shared that they felt: ✅ Welcomed from the very first day ✅ Heard when they shared ideas and asked questions ✅ Valued as individuals, not just visitors   We believe that creating opportunities like WiTnE is essential to building a more diverse, inclusive, and innovative future.   👏 Thank you to all our teams and partners who made this journey possible.
