Terrible products Terrible customer service A criminal organization. Zepto is a terrible service. They deliver ice cream melted in a brown paper bag. Zepto does not use thermal containers for cold items. You pay in advance, get substandard products, then you have to fight to get your refund. Butter chicken came in a smashed paper container. No refund. Besides the poor products, Zepto has hooligans as it’s delivery persons. Once a Zepto delivery broke open my front door. I had to call the police on at least 3 occasions. I should consider taking legal action against Zepto. I have photographs and videos that back up each of my above claims against Zepto. Aadit Palicha ought to be more than embarrassed, he ought to be arrested.
