Continuing the thema learning journey inside the company… At one of our recent Tech Fridays, we had a great discussion on how businesses actually use AI tools today. We explored real-world cases, from cloud-based APIs like ChatGPT or Gemini — to local LLMs running on enterprise hardware. But here's the twist: 🧑🏫 Tools are only half the battle — people make the real difference. And often, getting teams excited about new tech is harder than launching the tech itself. That’s why we see two parallel tracks: 1️⃣ Training employees to use AI meaningfully in their daily work 2️⃣ Rolling out the right tools for their context (cloud or local — what’s better?) 💡 So here’s a question to the community: What’s more effective for a business in the long run? — Using cloud AI services (and sharing some data) — Or running local LLMs with full data control — but higher cost and maintenance? Each has pros and cons.
