Moving on

Dear Friends

Today was my last day at Microsoft Mobile. As many of my great colleagues have done a similar move today/lately, I thought it’d be better to just write this note in here rather than an internal list where most emails would just bounce back. And I’ll keep it short.

It was a pleasure and a privilege to be working with all of You. I learned so much from the great people at Nokia and Microsoft, got to see places and meet new people all around the world, do some pretty unique and leading stuff, and hope to make the most of the experience. It was also great fun!

But it’s time for me to move on. I’ll have a small break unwinding and switching gears by focusing on my local democracy–related nonprofit concept that I got some funding for this week (yay!).

One of my learnings is that The World is surprisingly small so I'll rather not say farewell but Auf Wiedersehen, which is a more appropiate expression and happens to be in my favorite language too.

So let’s keep in touch and see you around!
