Agreed. I suspect the large mfr brands already in distribution (Kellogg: Kashi, Gen Mills: Cascadian Farmd, MARS: Seeds of Change, etc) will be the first to benefit, as they already have established presence and relationships. Pricing strategy is an open book at this point, as Amazon's going to force WF to rethink their historical playbook there.

It will be interesting to see how the acquisition impacts pricing/profits/strategy for leading brands already carried at Whole Foods. And how this ultimately shakes out in terms of pricing for the consumer...
