Urban trees are the answer! 🌿 A little bit of green can make a big change! 🌿🌆 Observe the contrast on the same street when measuring the temperature. The asphalt road registered a scorching high of 46 degrees Celsius, while the shaded street showed a considerably lower temperature of 34 degrees Celsius. 🚗🌳🌳 This twelve-degree difference is a powerful eye-opener on how urban planning and green infrastructure can play a crucial role in mitigating urban heat islands and creating sustainable, resilient cities for future generations. 🏙️🌿

Streets are like the lungs and arteries of cities. The health of these vital systems can shape the livability of cities in profound ways.
