Great report - the "concentric circle" model demonstrates that while banks need to continue improving customer experience and digital engagement, product positioning has to be context-led - e.g., under this model, I can see that "Transportation" would include car loans, auto insurance, e-tags for toll roads, stored value cards for public transportation, e-commerce logistics, even investment in infrastructure (such as park-n-ride hubs)....
