Crushing Quotas, Building Systems, and Sitting in the Discomfort of Growth

Crushing Quotas, Building Systems, and Sitting in the Discomfort of Growth

1. Closed 2 New Clients

That’s an entire month’s quota in one week! 🎉 Feeling all the good vibes over here.

2. LinkedIn Metrics + Disco Calls

Comments are up, profile views are slightly down, but the magic continues: 3 more disco calls generated! One is shaping up to be a very solid potential project.

3. LinkedIn Ad Campaign Strikes Gold Again

That solid project? It came straight from our LinkedIn ads! Proof that this channel is not just exciting—it’s working. 🚀

4. Second LinkedIn Ad Conversion (Sorta?)

Friday delivered another LinkedIn ad conversion! 🎉 But… no meeting that matches up with it yet. Time to hand this one over to my team for some classic RevOps detective work - Irene Hou + Chelsea Russell R.T(R)(M)

5. Testing LinkedIn Video Ads

Launched video ads this week—getting clicks but no conversions yet. 🤔 Thinking about adding more text to the videos since they’re structured differently from the text-only ones. Testing, learning, and iterating!

6. Exciting PE + Consulting Partnerships

🟠 Nick Thomas is officially taking the lead on PE + Consulting Co-delivery partnerships, and it’s bringing back some of the old Winning by Design crew. Hello, nostalgia AND new opportunities!

7. Tech Partnership Potential

Trent Allen 🚀 is diving deep into tech partnerships, leaning into his passions to see if we can get something cooking there. Can’t wait to see what he whips up!

8. Fully Booked for 2024 (Almost)

We’re booked solid through 2024! 🥳 It’s looking like late January or February for the next available kickoff. This growth is blowing my mind in the best way.

9. Breathing Room for Growth

I’ve got a little space now to work on my skill gap: closing B2B deals. It’s all about making stakeholders the superhero and crafting proposals so irresistible they become “no brainers” for internal decision-makers. Hand-crafting for now, but I can feel a framework and template coming soon. Growth feels awkward, but hey—that’s how we level up.

10. Shifting Constraints to Client Delivery

The bottleneck has officially shifted to setting up Sean Murphy and Client Delivery for success. It’s all about playing to strengths, trusting junior analysts to take a crack at Asana boards, and letting AI tools like Fathom catch the rest. (Who knew AI teamwork would become its own skill set?)

Every week feels like a new level unlocked. I’m learning that the discomfort of growth is just the universe giving you a nudge to become better than you thought possible. Here’s to solving bigger problems and watching everything get better along the way. ✨

Very cool! Closing technique: get those stakeholders who do the work at the target company to push on the decision makers and apply the pressure for you. Things move faster with INTERNAL pressure.

Great progress Jacki Leahy ✨ !! Appreciate you taking us on your journey with your transparency on all the challenges! Though they look like the “good” type of challenges!!
