📢 Raena Lim, the co-founder and COO of Style Theory, has acquired 24.5 million preference shares worth 25.3% stake in the company, making her the largest shareholder with a 36.4% stake.
🔥 The acquisitions provided a full exit for the following investors: Alpha Global Champ Fund, Growth Acceleration Fund, and Alpha Next Media Innovation Fund, as the company shuts down.
💡 Also in the update: Traveazy Group received $2.9 million, Honest Bank secured $2.4 million.
