Dear Friends,

I am delighted to share an important milestone with you. Post the launch of this global movement on 19th May at Geneva, the Board has now formally approved the setting up of the Digital Health Sans Borders Foundation ( tentative / proposed name), headquartered in Geneva, to carry forward our mission of bridging the digital divide and transforming healthcare delivery worldwide.

This step is a direct outcome of your participation, encouragement, support, and guidance. On our Foundation Day, we witnessed one of the most passionate and influential gatherings ever—global leaders, innovators, policymakers, and patient voices united in one room with a single purpose: to change the way we think, conceptualize, and deliver digital health.

The Geneva Declaration of Responsibility gave us the guiding principles—an ethical, inclusive, and sustainable framework for governing digital health and healthcare delivery. It has already become a reference point for shaping how the world should embrace digital health responsibly and equitably.

Thanks for creating this platform. By establishing a central foundation and framework, best practices and innovations can be shared more effectively across borders. This movement should represent a crucial step toward ensuring that technological advances in healthcare benefit all populations, not just those in well-resourced areas, creating a more equitable global health landscape
