Edward Hartman Joins Hard Rock Digital as Managing Director of Corporate Development

Dec. 12, 2024 – Hard Rock Digital today announced the hiring of Edward Hartman as Managing Director of Corporate Development. With over two decades of leadership experience in M&A, corporate strategy, sports, gaming, and capital markets, Hartman will oversee Hard Rock Digital’s Corporate Development activities, and play a critical role in advancing the company’s growth and strategic priorities.

Hartman joins Hard Rock Digital from Fanatics, where he served as Chief Strategy Officer - Media. Previously, he was Group Chief Strategy Officer at PointsBet (prior to its acquisition by Fanatics), and held dual roles as Senior Vice President, Digital Partnerships & Wagering at FOX Sports while also heading business operations for the United States Football League (USFL) as it kicked off play in 2022.

Hartman’s extensive background also includes senior roles at Fox Corporation, News Corp, Caledonia, and UBS.
