From Classroom Legacy to Operations Excellence

Growing up in Brooklyn as the son, brother, and nephew of NYC teachers, I was raised in classrooms before I ever worked in one. Education wasn't just a career in my family—it was our legacy.

Allow me to introduce myself: For nearly 20 years, I've dedicated myself to ensuring that schools run smoothly so teachers can focus on what matters most: educating our children. As founder of CSO Pro (Charter School Operations Professional), I bring this mission to charter schools across the country (and beyond).

A Career Built on Supporting Student Success

My journey began in the South Bronx at The Laboratory School of Finance & Technology, where I served for over a decade as Business Operations Manager. Working alongside White House Champion of Change Dr. Ramon Gonzalez, I learned how strategic operations directly impact student achievement. During this time, I managed $10M+ budgets and developed expertise in school financial systems like Galaxy and FAMIS.

One of my proudest achievements was serving as the logistical lead for an $800,000 performance space funded by Bette Midler—a project that brought arts education to life for our students.

Building Schools from the Ground Up

In 2018, I took on the challenge of becoming Founding Director of Operations at Forte Preparatory Academy Charter School. Over five years, I implemented systems that decreased operational requests by 30% while maintaining response times under 5 minutes—allowing our academic team to focus on instruction rather than logistics.

Now, as both Director of Operations at Creo College Preparatory Charter School and founder of CSO Pro, I help schools across the spectrum optimize their operations. Both Forte Prep and Creo Prep are BES (Build. Excel. Sustain) schools, a network known for educational excellence and operational rigor.

A Personal Mission

Having seen education from both sides—as the child of educators and as an operations professional—I understand the profound impact that streamlined operations have on student outcomes.
