Land Development

Traditionally, the term land development was used to refer to planning and design activities in rural areas, which since the 1990s have been supplemented by the economic development of rural areas holistically.

In a broader context, land development also refers to the alteration of an unused or only partially developed land area, creating additional housing units, commercial space, and industrial land. In this context, such land is understood as a resource whose development is accompanied by a purposeful transformation of land - both rural and urban. 

By acquiring mixed-use land at DLE, dividing it into smaller sub-plots, and developing them until they are ready for construction with a subsequent sale to developers, we meet the great need in the market for an intermediary.  

By developing land, we help municipalities, communities, and cities throughout Poland, that are increasingly facing major development pressures. The core problem is often not the lack of land designated as building land, but simply the usability of such land.

By cooperating with us in a spirit of partnership and innovation, communities, municipalities, and cities can quickly create modern neighbourhoods in which people can live and work.   

Our previous projects in the area of land development show us that the greatest acceptance and impact of development projects can be achieved when working as closely as possible with locals and in partnership with communities and municipalities.
