Massive site along I-4 finds new buyer; Potential impacts of Florida's property tax reform; Days on market increases for area homes & more

Thanks to a proposed land purchase by Dr. Phillips Charities, a long-stalled redevelopment is finally coming up.

A 100-acre site and an additional 17.6-acre parcel in Eatonville was agreed to be purchased by the nonprofit, in a move that Dr. Phillips Charities President and CEO Ken Robinson said is not-for-profit.

"We are here to serve as stewards of this historic opportunity," said Robinson in a prepared statement.
