As a veteran, I remember what it felt like to transition out of uniform. It’s not just a change in career—it’s a shift in identity, purpose, and direction. That’s why this mission is personal. It’s why our team shows up every day—to ensure veterans and military spouses have someone in their corner who understands their journey and believes in their potential.
This month, we’re celebrating that mission in action. We’re proud to host the 3rd Annual Empowerment Gala—an evening that celebrates powerful client stories and our dedicated partners who make this mission possible. And while our 20th anniversary is still ahead, we’re already reflecting on the thousands of stories written over the years—stories of resilience, purpose, and new beginnings. After 23 years of service in the U.S. Navy, Irineo returned home to Arizona ready to begin a new chapter: building a successful civilian career. As a Senior Operations Manager, he brought expertise in leadership, strategy, and finance. But transitioning from military to civilian life presented a new challenge: finding a stable, fulfilling job that matched his skills and gave him that same sense of purpose.
Even with two decades of service, Irineo's next step forward was unclear. This wasn’t about readiness—it was about strategy and how best to translate his strengths effectively.
