Camille goes far beyond data analysis—she supports users throughout their entire digital journey, from the first visit on the website to the handover to the sales team. She’s our analytics expert and a content strategy rockstar! She's also a true leader when it comes to cross-functional collaboration. 👉 Meet Camille and discover her exciting role!

🔍 So, what exactly does a Traffic Manager do?

At the core of Camille's job: analyzing traffic across digital platforms. The goal? Understand where visitors come from, how they interact with content, which pages they view, and when they drop off.

At STid, this includes:

  • The 3 websites: STid Group / STid Security / STid Industry
  • Landing pages (often created for product launches or specific campaigns)
  • Email campaigns targeting clients and prospects

💡 Nurturing: The right content, for the right person, at the right time

A key part of the strategy is nurturing. That means providing useful, relevant content to target audiences—helping them make informed decisions in favor of the brand. This involves:

  • Delivering the right type of content
  • Choosing the right channel (email, website, social media…)
  • Ensuring strong SEO so the content is easily found

💡 Important note: STid doesn’t operate an e-commerce site. The goal is to guide the user all the way through the digital journey to ultimately connect with a sales representative.

Everyday tools

  • Matomo (soon replacing Google Analytics): for GDPR-compliant traffic analysis
  • Mailchimp: to create automated, personalized, and measurable email campaigns
  • Salesforce: to track customer behavior, detect interest or drop-off signals, and notify sales teams
  • Cognism: to enrich our database and target the right prospects

👉 A real-world example: a nurturing campaign might be structured in several steps—starting with introducing the brand (values, projects), followed by product presentations, identifying needs… and ending with a clear, actionable solution.

🤝 Close collaboration with other teams

Camille works in tandem with the Commercial Communication Manager, teaming up to develop campaigns tailored for the sales teams. Together, they define the content, channels, and formats that best meet sales needs—with one goal: supporting the sales team and generating hot leads!

Camille also plays a central role in many cross-functional projects with:

  • Marketing: for content creation and performance reporting
  • Sales teams: to follow up on leads, adjust messaging, and guide users to the right contact
  • Customer service reps: essential for identifying accurate targets, especially for events or geographic segmentation
  • Technical spec teams: to support engineering firms (BE) in their security assessments

💡 A concrete example: ISC West in Las Vegas For this major trade show, customer service pulls a precise list of potential attendees—based on job function, geographic location, and client history. This allows us to send a personalized emailing campaign along with a dedicated landing page, including:

  • STid’s booth number
  • Team members attending the event
  • Practical info about the show duration and key moments

The goal: spark interest ahead of the event, schedule qualified meetings, and maximize our presence on the ground.

  • Analytical and synthesis mindset: to quickly interpret data and extract meaning
  • Perspective: running A/B/C testing and avoiding assumptions

A redesigned website for a smoother experience

One of Camille’s biggest recent projects? A full website redesign. After an in-depth audit revealed too many friction points in the user journey, the team reimagined everything.

The new site aims to:

  • Simplify product offering explanations
  • Improve search engine ranking
  • Deliver a clearer, more user-friendly journey
  • Highlight STid’s values and services (Cuztomisation)

And this is just the beginning—STid is building a comprehensive service platform, giving users a complete, seamless experience from start to finish.
