Nagarro Spotlight: Flo Edition | October 2025

Nagarro recently unveiled its theme of Fluidic Intelligence, an AI transformation approach that helps organizations unlock the intelligence already within their people, processes, and data. By embedding AI where intelligence is blocked, Fluidic Intelligence enables enterprises to achieve measurable productivity gains of 20%. These gains extend beyond software development, flowing across the enterprise to amplify creativity, scalability, cost-effectiveness, and innovation, and helping organizations realize their true potential.

All about Flo

What originally started as an annual get-together for architects across Nagarro, netting 20-60 senior architects and engineers every year, has very deliberately morphed into a full-fledged conference event with 3500 participants in 2025. The size may have changed, the core message and goal remain the same: To meet in-person and exchange thoughts, experiences, and approaches while celebrating a culture of learning and purposeful togetherness.

This year, Flo deepened Nagarro’s focus on Fluidic Intelligence with its theme of “Into the Future” by taking inspiration from science fiction and space exploration. With over 160 sessions and as many lightning talks in 1.5 days, Flo 2025 was a celebration of the Nagarro spirit and turned the Nagarro hive in Gurugram into a buzzing beehive full of energy and passion.
